Family Law & Child Support

The Union County Clerk of Court processes applications for divorce, child support and name changes. You will need to submit the application in person at the Clerk’s Office. Once your application has been processed you will be contacted with information about your court hearing.

If you are filing without an attorney (pro-se), the 8th Judical Circuit provides a Pro-Se Coordinator to assist you with the filing process.  She is in Union County one day a week, and can be reached at 352-374-3665 or [email protected].  Please note that she is not an attorney, and cannot give legal advice.
